Galbot ET1 pre-orders open. More than 200 on day one.
ET 1 (codenamed "Galaxy Star") is an agile bipedal humanoid robot developed by Galbot Robotics, marking the company's leap from wheeled mobile manipulators to dynamic bipedal locomotion.
Unveiled at the 2026 World Robot Conference (WRC) in Beijing
ET 1 stands 173 cm tall, weighs 65 kg, and features 48 degrees of freedom across its skeletal body along with 24 degrees of freedom in its two 5-fingered hands (72 DoF total).
Driven by quasi-direct-drive brushless servomotors paired with planetary and harmonic gearboxes, ET 1 achieves athletic sprints up to 20 km/h, dances, and returns tennis volleys. The platform is powered by the Astrobrain-WBC (Whole-Body Control) foundation model pre-trained on over 100,000 hours of human motion data, running on the NVIDIA Jetson Thor computing platform to deliver zero-shot real-time imitation learning ("I See, I Learn").
